Oil Pulling
- Pour 10-15 mL of pulling oil into a measuring cup.
- Swish for 2 to 10 minutes depending on your comfort. Do not swallow.
- Spit the oil in a trash bin to avoid clogging pipes.
- Brush immediately after oil pulling with the GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush and finish your oral care routine.
- Use daily preferably on an empty stomach to experience all the benefits.
Whitening Strips
- Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
- Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure.
- Wait for 30-45 minutes when using the Professional treatment and 60 minutes for the Express treatment.
- Discard the strips and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.
Gel Pen & LED Light
- Apply whitening gel by brushing a thin layer onto each tooth.
- Insert the wireless LED device and activate its 15-minute auto timer.
- Remove the light.
- Spit out any excess gel.
